Chicken Breasts Cheddar Cheese Cream of Chicken Soup Tortilla Chips Rotel Onion[optional]
|
Boil and debone chicken. Mix the soup and rotel in a bowl, if mixture is too thick add some of your chicken broth for desired thickness.
In a large baking dish, layer the bottom of the pan with tortilla chips, add some chicken, sauce, onion and some cheese.
Continue to do so until you have used all the ingredients.
Make sure you top it with cheese.
Bake in 350 degree F. oven until cheese is bubbly and insides are hot.
