Chicken Deluxe

4 cups stuffing mix (unseasoned, crushed) 1 cup melted margarine 2 cups cubed, cooked chicken 1 box frozen peas 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 tall can evaporated milk
|
Mix the stuffing mix and melted margarine together. Press half into a greased 9x13 pan. Top the crumbs with a layer of chicken and the box of frozen peas. Combine the soups and evaporated milk together. Pour over the chicken and peas mixture. Top with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes. If frozen bake 2 hours at 225 degrees F. without thawing.
I generally make a chicken gravy to serve over this. Enjoy!
