Creamed Tacos
A Different Way to Fix Tacos!!
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
salt and pepper, to taste
1 large onion
1 large green pepper
1 6oz. or 10oz. can enchilada sauce
1 pkg. corn taco shells
1/2 pkg. velveeta cheese, grated
1 large can of evaporated milk

 

Cook together the beef, onion, salt, pepper, and green onion. Then add that to the sauce. Grease a 9x13 pan and place 6 taco shells in the pan. Add half of the sauce and meat mixture and half of the grated cheese. Pour the can of milk over all of this. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 15 minutes before serving. It can be served with lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and by adding a little taco sauce on top!
