Curry Chicken
This curry chicken is great
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Butter (divided 8 ways)
1 can of condensed Cream of Chicken soup
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp curry powder
3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup Pepperidge Farm stuffing

 

Place chicken in a 8 x 12’’( or 9x13) glass dish.
Dot each chicken breast with a piece of the butter.
Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry, & cheese and spread over chicken.
Sprinkle stuffing on top and dot with the rest of the butter
Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours
Serve on a bed of Near East brand Herbed Chicken Couscous (optional)

Preparation Time: 1 1/2 hours Serves: 4-6
