Grandma's Marcaroni & Cheese

2 Tbls. Butter 1 Tbls. Flour 1 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Dry Mustard 2 1/2 Cups Milk 16 OZ. Velveeta Cheese, cut in small cubes. 8oz. any Macaroni 1/4 Butter Bread Crumbs Paprika

In a sacuepan melt butter, remove from heat; blend in flour, salt and dry mustard.
Add milk; heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens a little and is smooth.
Add 2 cups cheese; heat until melted stiiring occasionally.
Meanwhile cook macaroni as directed; drain.
Combine with sauce in a 2 quart casserole dish; top with remaining cheese, bread crumbs and paprika.
Bake at 375 degrees F. for 20 to 25 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
