Ham and Cheese Casserole

1 1/2 cup cooked, chopped or diced ham 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese 4-5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced 1 can cream of celery soup 1/2 soup can of milk

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream of celery soup and milk; milk amount may be adjusted as desired.
Spread the ham to cover the bottom of a rectangular casserole dish.
Add layers of cheese and potato slices, reserving about 1/2 cup of the cheese.
Pour the soup mixture over the ham, cheese, and potatoes. Stir until everything is mixed well and coated.
Sprinkle remainder of cheese on top, cover with aluminum foil and bake 30-45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
