Hamburger Rice Hotdish

1 lb. hamburger 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can condensed beef broth Minute Rice
|
Brown hamburger and drain if necessary. Pour in the cans of soup and add one soup can full of minute rice. Simmer for about 5 - 10 minutes or until rice is done. We usually add a little onion when browning the hamburger for extra flavor. This recipe can easily be doubled, even without doubling the amount of meat.
