Homemade Macaroni and Cheese So Creamy! |

1 1/2 cups macaroni (cooked and drained) 3 Tbls. margarine 2 Tbls. flour 1/2 tsp. salt dash of pepper 2 cups milk 1/4 cup onion (finely chopped)(optional) 2 cups cubed Velveeta Cheese

Melt margarine in a large glass bowl in microwave. Blend in flour, salt, and pepper. Add milk, cook 3 minutes on high in microwave. Stir well. Continue cooking and stirring in 1-2 minute increments for about 5-6 minutes in the microwave until white sauce is thickened. Add onion and cheese. Stir until melted. Pour over the macaroni. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30-40 minutes. Serve!
