Kimchi Freid Rice Gratin
Kimchi 200g, 1/2 onion, 1/2 carrot, 1 bowl of boiled rice, mozzarella cheese 20g, butter 50g.
 

① Fine chop Kimchi, onion, and carrot up. ( You can add other vegetables you like.)
② Fry the vegetables and Kimchi with butter. You can add sugar if you want.
③ Add boiled rice to the fried Kimchi and vegetable, and fry them together.
④ Put the Kimchi fried rice in an oven bowl and put some mozzarella cheese on it.
⑤ Bake it in the oven until the cheese melts.
