Knoeppfa Hot Dish

3 cups flour 1 tsp. baking powerder 3 eggs 1/2 cup water
OTHER INGREDIENTS: 1 pound bacon 1 large onion 16 ounce can sauerkraut 1 pint whipping cream

Notes: Mix dough and let rest 1 hour or more. Roll out and cut into squares (I cut mine with my kitchen scissors so I do not roll it out). Drop dough into boiling water. Cook until dough rises to the top (about 10-15 minutes).
Cut bacon into 1 inch pieces, fry bacon and onions, drain off grease, layer Knoeppfla, sauerkraut, bacon & onions till all used up. Pour 1 pint cream over all. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F. or cook 2 hours in a crock pot. (I bake mine).
