1# lean grd. rd. 1 garlic clove,peeled and crushed 1/2 tsp. salt 2 boxes Pillsbury Pie Crust @ room temp. 1 10 0z can mild Las Palmas enchalada sauce 3/4 C. Grits 1 11oz. bag frozen Green Giant whole Sweet Corn 1 C. whole milk 1 can plain Tomato SAUCE 8 OZ. 2 8OZ CANS WHOLE BLACK,PITTES OLIVES,DRAINED

After 1 hour ...remove from oven & place 1inch wide cut strips of pie crust in a lattice pattern oven the top of the casserole. Before returning to the oven...beat one whole egg andbrush the pie strips lightly / beaten egg wash for a golden, crispy crust. Return to oven for another 30 minutes. When done top of casserole will be firm and dark golden brown and lattice will be light golden brown erve hot ? your favorite bread
