Maque Chou (Mock Shoe)

1 lb. Ground Pork 2 14oz. cans Whole Kernel Corn 1 - 14 1/2 oz. can Italian seasoned tomatoes (diced) 1 10oz. can Cream of Mushroom soup 1/2 cup stock (chicken, pork or vegetable) 1/2 onion, chopped 1/2 bell pepper, chopped 1/2 stalk celery, chopped Salt pepper garlic powder

Brown pork and skim off fat after browned.
Add Onion, bell pepper and celery. Cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
Add corn, tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, and stock. Cook over medium heat until it boils.
Add salt, pepper and garlic to your taste. Reduce heat and simmer another 30 minutes.
