*1/2 tbsp of pepper *1 tbsp of salt *1/4 cup of soy sauce. *3 1/2 cups of purified water. *2 cups of any kind of long rice. *6 eggs *3 cloves of garlic skin peeled and cut into tiny pieces. *3 tbsp Butter, (your choice) *1/4 cup of soy sauce (your favorite)

Set the stove on high with a semi deep non-stick panAdd the butter and let it melt Add garlic and let it cook for about 5 minutes till brownish Now add the water and the rice and DO NOT MIX Then set the stove on medium add the salt and pepper Cover the pan up and let it sit for 20 min Check on it and add 1/4 cup water every 5 min if the water goes below the level of the rice for the first 20 min. add the eggs and mix the rice with the 6 eggs and add the soy sauce Then let it sit on medium for another 5 to 10 min 30 min max Serve and Enjoy
