Mexican-Style Spaghetti

1 7oz. package of angel hair fideo 1 lb. ground beef 1 can of Rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilies) 3 large potatoes (diced up) 1 small can tomato sauce 2 Tbls. of tomato chicken bouillion salt and pepper to taste

I must admit, I came up this concoction all on my own by mistake. Being that my husband is hispanic, it seems like every night I make fideo, meat, potatoes and beans. So I just decided to add everything together one night and whah-la! Hope you enjoy.
Brown ground beef and drain.
Lightly oil a clean skillet and add a package of fideo to brown.
Add beef to fideo.
Add all remaining ingredients to skillet. Add 2 quarts of water.
Cook under medium to low heat for 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Serve with warm tortillas and refried beans!
