Mexican Fiesta Chicken

6 boneless, skineless, breasts
1 can chilies chopped
1-lb monterey jack cheese-shredded
1 3/4 cup doritos, spicy cheese corn chips
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
|
Grease a 9x12 baking dish. Place heavy layer of doritos on bottom. Layer chicken on top. Mix soups and spread over chicken. Sprinkle cheese over mixture. Top with doritos. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 min.
