Perfect Chili chili,tomatoes,beef |

2 cans chili beans 2 cans chili tomatoes 1 can tomato sauce 1 can rotel chili fixins 1 large white onion 1 sliced jalapeno 8-10 cloves garlic 2 pounds ground beef
|
In a large pot, pour in rotel, tomatoes, beans, and tomato sauce. simmer on low while browning ground beef. Mince garlic,onion, and jalapeno in food processor, then add to beef and cook until onion is soft and garlic is light brown. drain grease and add to pot of beans and tomatoes. add salt,pepper,garlic powder, and cayenne pepper to taste, simmer 30 minutes or until chili gets a deep maroon color. serve with fritos and cheddar cheese on top
