Pork Chop Casserole Everything All in One! |

6 pork chops 3 medium potatoes, sliced with peelings 1 medium onion, sliced 1 can cut green beans, drained Salt Pepper Vegetable spray
|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray 13 x 9 cassrole dish with vegetable spray.
Season pork chops to taste.
Place pork chops in bottoms of dish.
Layer sliced potatoes and onions, adding a little salt and pepper between layers.
Spread drained green beans on top.
Cover and bake 45 minutes or until chops are done.
Remove cover and bake additional 5 minutes to brown slightly.
Variations- Add a can of Cream of Mushroom soup or other creamed soup. Also try with chicken. Change green beans to your favorite vegetable.
