Potato Sausage Casserole

2 cups grated potatoes
1 cup grated onions
1/2 tsp. allspice and ginger
3/4 Tbls. salt
2 cups ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 can of celery soup
|
Mix like meatloaf and bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 1/2 hrs. If you like potato sausage, you will love this.
