Quick-n-Easy Pot Pie Chicken, Beef or Whatever! |

1 cup Bisquick 1/2 cup milk 1 egg 1 14oz can mixed veggies, drained 1 14oz can Mushroom Soup 1 cup leftover hamburger, chicken or whatever you have Salt, to taste

In a 9-inch pie plate, place mixed vegetables, mushroom soup and chosen meat. Stir will and using back of cooking spoon, level the top.
In a small bowl, place Bisquick, milk and egg. Beat until blended with a wire whisk. Pour over the top of the pie mixture and level off with the back of the spoon.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and place pie on center rack. Bake for 18-20 minutes until crust is golden brown. Remove to a cooling rack. Serve with a green salad of choice.
