Spicy Chicken and Noodles Thick and Creamy Noodles with a Bite! |

1 10oz. can Regular Rotel tomatoes 7-8 cups Chicken Broth or make your own 1 10oz. can Boned Chicken Breast meat 1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 tsp. dried dill weed 1 tsp. parsley 1 tsp. onion powder 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 lb. of wide noodles

Bring all the ingredients, except the noodles and cream cheese, to a medium boil, uncovered, in a large saucepan.
Add the noodles and follow the preparation time on the package.
Thicken after the noodles are done, if you wish. I whisk in a flour and water mixture for this (1/4 cup plain flour to 1/2 cup water).
When thickened, add the softened cream cheese. Whisk it to mix it in completely.
** You can substitue one package of dry Ranch Dressing Mix for the individual seasonings if you wish.
