Taco Casserole This is a Great all-in-one Dish! |

1 lb. ground beef 1 small onion, chopped 1/2 cup mayonaise (regular or light) 1 cup salsa chili powder 2 cups shredded cheese 1 1/2 cups crushed tortilla chips 1 small can sliced black olives (optional) 1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce 1 small tomato, diced

Brown beef and onion. Drain. Combine beef, salsa and mayo. Sprinkle with chili powder and mix. In a greased 2 qt. Casserole, layer half of the meat, cheese, olives and chips. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees F., uncovered, for 20 minutes or until heated through. Top with lettuce and tomato.
