Filling- 1 lb. ground beef 1 pkg. taco seasoning 1 16oz. jar salsa 1 1/4 cup frozen corn 1/3 cup water
Crust- 1 cup corn meal 1 12oz. can evaporated milk 4 oz. green chiles 1 1/3 cup cheese 1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Brown ground beef, drain.
Combine taco mix, water, salsa, and beef. Cook 4 minutes.
Add corn. Pour into a 12x18 baking dish.
Combine all ingredients but only half of the cheese for crust in saucepan.
Cook until thickened about 5-7 minutes. Pour over filling. Bake 25 minutes. Cover with rest of cheese. Bake 5 minutes.
