Taquito Enchiladas

1 box chicken taquitos OR beef
1 pkg. shredded cheese
1 can rotel with chilies
1 can enchilada sauce (red with beef taquitos or green with chicken)
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
|
Line bottom of casserole dish with taquitos.
In a bowl, mix rotel, sauce and cream of celery. Pour mixture over taquitos covering completely.
Sprinkle cheese over top and bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips if desired.
