Tator Tot Surprise

2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 cup milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbls. Instant Onions
16oz. bag of Tator Tots
1 can celery soup
|
In a large skillet, brown the hamburger evenly. Drain off excess fat or juice.
Place the browned hamburger in a 10x8x2 baking dish evenly over the bottom.
Mix together the celery soup, milk, instant onion (or 1/4 cup real onion, diced) and the pepper. Pour over the hamburger evenly.
Sprinkle the tator tots evenly over the hamburger/soup mixture. Bake in a 375 degree F. oven for 40-45 minutes until the tator tots are golden brown.
