Texas Hash Spicy Hamburger and Rice Casserole |

1 lb hamburger 1 green pepper, chopped 1 onion, chopped 1 cup Minute rice 1 can tomatoes with green chilies 28oz. can tomatoes 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 envelope chili seasoning 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Brown hamburger with green pepper and onion. Drain.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients except cheese. Place in casserole dish; cover. Bake 30 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 15 more minutes, uncovered.
