Ultimate Shepherd's Pie

1lb.lean ground beef. 4-5 medium potatoes. 1 med onion. 1 lg carrot. 1/2 cup corn niblets. 1 stalk celery. 2 cloves garlic. 1 pinch each of: onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, dried basil,oregano,salt. 1 beef bouillion cube, dash of worcestershire, 2 tbsp flour. milk, cheese, dried parsley

Brown beef until fat and liquid is gone. Deglaze pan with 1 cup water, the bouillion cube, flour and spices .Heat until thickened. Add the cubed vegetables and simmer for 20-30 min. Boil the remaining potatoes until tender, drain mash and add butter, milk salt until creamy. Transfer potatoes to piping bag when cool enough. Pour filling into casserole and pipe potato mix on top. Sprinkle with cheese of choice and dried parsley. Bake at 350 for 30 min or until done.
