Autumn Pumpkin Bars

2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 16oz. can pumpkin
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbls. pumpkin pie spice
3/4 cup vegetable oil
Cream cheese frosting
|
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Blend dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Add pumpkin, oil and eggs. Mix with mixer until smooth.
Pour into a greased 15x10 jelly roll pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Cool completely. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
