Blondie Butterscotch Brownies Moist and Tasty Brownies! |

1/4 lb. butter (1 stick) 1 cup grated coconut 1 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 cup chocolate chips 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup butterscotch chips 2 lg. eggs 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped 1 Tbls. water
|
Melt butter. Add sugar and flour. Mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, while mixing.
Add water. Fold in coconut, chips and nuts. Spread into a greased 9x13 pan.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree F. oven for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into bars. Makes 16 full-size bar or 32 half bars.
Optional Icing: 2/3 cup cocoa 3/4 cup sugar 1/3 cup oil
Heat in a saucepan, stirring constantly. Pour over cooled brownies and allow to fully cool.
You may prefer other icings or none at all!
