Butterscotch Chocolate Macaroons

2 2/3 cups Flake Coconut 2/3 cup sugar 1 Tbls. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 4 egg whites 1 tsp. almond extract 1/2 cup Butterscotch Syrup 1/3 cup Chocolate chips
|
Combine coconut, sugar, flour and salt in bowl.
Stir in unbeaten egg whites and almond extract. Mix well.
Add Syrup and Chocolate Chips, stir in.
Drop by teaspoon onto lightly greased sheets.
Bake at 325 degrees F. for 20-25 minutes or until edges are brown.
Remove from sheets and garnish with a drizzle of syrup.
