Caramel Bars
1 box german chocolate cake mix
1/3 cup evaporated milk
3/4 cup butter (melted)
50 caramels
1/3 cup of evaporated milk
1 cup chocolate chips

 

Combine the caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk in a pan and cook on low heat until melted. Set aside.

Combine the cake mix, butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk and stir until mixed together.

Pour half of the mixture into a 13x9 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 6 minutes.

Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top. Then spread the caramel on top. Crumble the rest of the cake mix on top of the caramel. Bake for 15-18 minutes longer.
