Cream Cheese Cookies
1 cup softened butter
2 3oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 cups flour

 

Cream butter, then add cream cheese and beat well.

Gradually stir in flour until well mixed. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.

Roll out dough 1/8 inch thick and cut with cookie cutters.

Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Remove from cookie sheet and cool on wire racks.
