Easy Peanut Butter Cookies
Almost Like Candy! |

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
|
Add peanut butter and sugar together, and mix well.
Add egg and vanilla.
Mix until stiff and leaves sides of bowl.
Roll into 1 inch balls and bake on ungreased pan at 350 degrees F. for 10 minutes, let cool 2 minutes.
I roll the balls in sugar before baking them.
Makes 3 dozen.
