Mincemeat Cookies
Perfect Cookie for the Holidays! |

1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. soda in 1 1/2 Tbls. hot water
1 cup mincemeat(fresh is best but jarred will do)
1 cup chopped pecans
1 1/2 cups white flour
|
Mix together butter, brown sugar, and eggs.
Add the soda which has been mixed with hot water.
Add mincemeat and nuts. Stir to mix well.
Add flour.
Bake at 375 degrees F. for 8 to 10 minutes.
