Mix and Match Cookies

3 cups all purpose flour, sifted
3/4 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup crushed pineapple
1 cup dessicated coconut
1/2 cup chocolate, grated
1/4 cup cashew nuts, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
|
Cream butter and sugar. Add the eggs and mix using an electric mixer. Alternated add the all-purpose flour, dessicated coconut, crushed pineapple and chocolate.
Mix well.
Add the cashew nuts or any other type of nut.
Grease the cookie sheet lightly.
Using a tablespoon, mold the cookie mixture and drop onto the cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees F. until done.
Serve with your favorite drink!
