No Bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1 stick butter
2 cups quick cooking oats
4 Tbls. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
|
Combine sugar, cocoa, milk and butter. Bring to boil, and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat, add vanilla, and peanut butter, stir untill smooth.
Add oats and mix well. Pour into buffered dish. Cool and cut into squares.
