Peanut Butter Brownie Really Good! |

1 1/2 cups reduced fat Bisquick 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup applesauce 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter 1/2 cup fat-free cholesterol-free egg product, 4 egg whites or 2 eggs 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 3 oz. semisweet baking chocolate, melted and cooled

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Stir all ingredients until blended.
Spread in ungreased rectangular 13x9x2 inch pan.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set; cool. For brownies, cut into 9 rows by 4 rows.
