Peanut Butter Cookies
Quick and Easy Version |

2 cups of Peanut Butter
1 cup of sugar
1 egg
1 tsp of vanilla flavoring
|
Mix all ingredients and form into balls. Flatten peanut butter balls with a fork. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for about 6-8 minutes( I put wax paper on my baking sheet). Remove from oven while cookies still look gooey and let them cool completely before serving.
