Pizzelles
Italian Cookie
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 lb. melted butter
2 Tbls. vanilla or anise
3 cups flour
4 tsp. baking powder

 

Beat eggs. Add sugar and beat until smooth. Add cooled melted butter and flavoring. Mix.

Add flour and baking powder.

Drop by spoonful onto hot pizzelle
maker (electric maker only).

Note:
Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy!
