Rice Krispy Treats
Marshmallow Rice Bubble Treat |

35g Butter
2 1/2 cups Crispy Rice Cereal
2 1/4 cups miniature Marshmallows
100&1000's (decorative sprinkles)
150g cooking white chocolate
|
Melt the butter and marshmallows; stir until smooth.
In a large bowl, mix the rice cereal into the marshmallow mixture. Stir quickly to combine. Spread on a large buttered pan, press with buttered hands. Refrigerate until soft and a bit hard. Then melt on white chocolate. While still warm press in 100&1000s. Refrigerate and cut into squares.
