Snickerdoodle Cookies Delicious Snickerdoodles Without Shortening |

2 Eggs 2/3 Cup Oil 2 tsp. Vanilla 3/4 Cup Sugar 1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour, sifted 1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour, sifted 2 tsp. Baking Powder 1/2 tsp. Salt 2 tsp. Cinnamon 1/2 cup Sugar

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a large bowl, beat eggs with fork. Stir in oil and vanilla. Blend in 3/4 cup sugar until mixture thickens.
In a separate bowl, blend sifted flours, baking powder, and salt; add to egg mixture.
In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon. Roll into 1 inch balls and roll balls into mixture.
Place on ungreased baking sheet, crisscross with fork. Place 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes. Remove immediatly from baking sheet.
