Valentines Day Roses heart cookies drapped in roses |

• 25g muscovado sugar • 50g margarine • 75g plain wholemeal flour • silver balls to decorate • tube of icing (colours are optional) • rose petals • icing sugar • 50g milk chocolate

Turn the gas hob to mediam. Melt the chocolate until smooth, stirring all the time. Preheat the oven to 170º. Beat the sugar and margarine until light and fluffy. Add the flour and mix until the mixture binds together. Turn onto a floured surface and knead until smooth. Roll out thinly and cut out using a heart shaped cutter. Decorate around the edges with silver balls, then bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Leave on a baking sheet to cool. Using the tube of icing, write your chosen message of love. Drape the rose petals and icing sugar on top. Spoon out a little of the chocolate on each cookie. Enjoy!
