Apple Crisp 2 Yummy! |

8 cups apple slices 1 cup fruit juice or water 2 cups flour 1 cup sugar 1 cup sugar (for topping) Cinnamon to taste 1 cup butter
|
Apple slices should be 1-inch thick. Cover the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan with the apples. Add 1 cup sugar and cinnamon. Add the juice or water for moisture.
For topping, crumble together the flour, 1 cup sugar, and butter. Spread over apples.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for about 40-45 minutes.
