Apple Crumble A Favorite Dessert for the Whole Family! |

1 lb. cooking apples 1/2 cup apricot jam
Topping: 3/4 cup rolled oats 3/4 cup wholemeal flour 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon 4 oz. melted butter or margarine

Peel and core apples, cut into quarters. Place into an ovenproof dish. Add jam to water and pour over apples.
Cover with topping and bake in a moderate oven for 40-45 minutes or until apple is cooked and topping is golden.
Topping: Combine ingredients. Serve hot with cream, ice-cream, vanilla yoghurt or pouring custard.
