Apple pudding Easy Apple cake custard pudding |

For Cake: 1 cup all purpose flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 2 egg whites 1/4 cup sugar 4 tbsp melted butter(unsalted) 4 tbsp apple juice 1 apple (peeled & cut into slices) a handful of chopped nuts (optional)
For Custard:
2 tbsp Custard powder 4 tbsp sugar 1/2 kg full cream milk 1 apple (peeled & cut into 1/2 inch squares)

For cake:
Mix apple juice & sugar in a bowl. Add all ingredients except the apple slices. Make a smooth batter & keep aside. Take a microwave safe bowl & grease it with some butter or any non stick cooking spray. Line the apple slices into the bowl & pour the batter over it. Microwave high for 5 mins. Let it stand for 3 mins before removing it from the microwave. Take the cake out on a inverted plate & let it cool. Cut the cake into 3 thin slices & keep aside.
For Custard:
Mix 3 tbsp of milk into the custard powder & mix well. Add sugar to the remaining milk & boil. Add the custard mix n cook for 2-3 mins stirring continously.
For pudding:
Layer a dessert dish with one slice of cake. Moisten it with some apple juice. Add a layer of apple pieces & then a layer of custard
Repeat with all 3 slices of cake.
Decorate with apple slices & some walnuts.
