Banana Pudding
This is So Easy!
1 large package (1.5 oz) JELL-O instant vanilla pudding
2 1/4 cups cold milk
2 tsp. vanilla
5 oz Gerber Stage 1 Bananas (just trust me)
10-20 Vanilla Wafers

Blend milk, vanilla and instant pudding mix in large bowl until thickened with electric mixer on lowest speed.

Add Gerber Bananas, and spoon over wafers into dish.

Can be served immediatly, or store in refrigerator for 30 minutes to soften cookies.

My kids love this and it is so quick and easy! (You never have to tell them that it's 'baby food' in it!)

I've never been too fond of 'banana flavored' pudding, but didn't always have time to make the good ol' fashioned home cooked pudding, so I thought 'why not gerber bananas with instant pudding?' As I have an infant, and know that it's nothing but actual bananas, already smooth and made for you so it won't turn all brown!! I added a little vanilla for a better 'home-made' taste and there it was! As easy as can be! (Funny what us mom's can come across with what's in the kitchen)

For an even richer taste, try using half milk and half heavy whipping cream.
