Bananas Foster
An Amazing Ice Cream Topping |

12 Tbls. Butter, diced
1/2 Cup light brown sugar
2 Bananas, chopped
1/2 fluid ounce Banana Liqueur
1/2 fluid ounce Southern Comfort
1 Tbls. Brandy
2 pinches of Cinnamon
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. orange juice

In a hot saute pan over medium high heat, add butter and sugar. Stir constantly to melt butter and combine. Once melted butter starts bubbling, add bananas.
Add banana liqueur, Southern Comfort and brandy.
Add cinnamon, lemon juice and orange juice. Stir until bananas are soft
Pour over ice cream
Garnish with whipped cream and hot fudge. Enjoy!
