Bastani Akbar-Mashti ice cream |

one litre Vanilla ice cream 100 g. thick (or double) cream 2 spoonfulls rosewater
|
The cream used to preapre Bastani Akbar-Mashti should be very thick. leave it in the freezer until it is frozen. Cream or ice cream should no be very hard. Cut frozen cream into small pieces and mix whith ice cream. Add rose water and mix well. place th mix in the freezer for at least an hour.
