Blueberry Cobbler Very simple, Very tasty! |

4 cups fresh bluberries (almost any fresh fruit will do--peaches are great!) 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar 8 oz. cream cheese, softened (fat-free works great) water 1 box yellow cake mix 1 stick of butter

Pour berries into ungreased 9x13 baking dish.
Mix powdered sugar with softened cream cheese. Add enough water to make this pourable, but not too thin. Pour evenly over berries.
Sprinkle entire DRY cake mix (straight from the box) over berries.
Slice butter in thin pats and place all over the top of cake mix.
Bake at 325 degrees F. for 1 hour. This is delicious!!
