1. All purpose flour : 2 cups 2. Butter sticks : 2 cups 3. Brown sugar powder : 2 cups 4. Cardamom powder : 1 Teaspoon 5. Refined oil : 500 ml

1. Take all purpose flour and butter in a broad dish and mix well. 2. Make one inch round balls with the dough. 3. Put a thick bottomed vessel on the stove, add 2 cups of water and boil. Add brown sugar powder and cardamom powder and continue to stir until a thick syrup is formed. 4. Take a frying bowl, add the oil and boil. Deep fry the balls in it on low flame until the balls turn brown. 5. Add the fried balls to the brown sugar syrup and allow to settle for about 15 minutes. 6. Serve along with fruits.
