Choco Sponge Sponge Cake with White Chocolate fudge Sauce |

100g butter 100g brown sugar 100g self raising flour 1/2 level tsp. baking powder 2 large eggs 25g milk chocolate 66g white chocolate 80ml condensed milk 3 Tbls. double cream

Preheat oven on 190 gas mark 5.
grease two victoria sandwich tins.
Place butter,brown sugar, self raising flour, eggs and baking powder in a mixing bowl and beat with a wooden spoon until mixed well.
Spoon into prepared tin equal amounts in each one and smooth top with a palette knife.
Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes until well risen golden brown and firm to touch.
Place milk chocolate in a bowl over a sauce pan and heat over a medium heat until chocolate becomes a thick liquid.
Spread the chocolate onto one cake and put the other cake on top.
Break white chocolate into small pieces and place in a small pan with the condensed milk, heat gently stirring till the chocolate melts.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the double cream.
Pour the sauce over the cake.
